Jeffrey Kepler Virginia Strength and Power HoF inductee 2025

By Strength and Power Hall of Fame

Personal history:

Born, raised, and continue to live in Haymarket, Va. Growing up I played baseball and wrestled. After high school, attended college as a division II wrestler. After graduating college in 2002, I started a career in law enforcement and continue to serve today.

What led you to your sport:

I have always lifted weights as a competitive athlete. After graduating college in 2002 I continued to lift, and it morphed into powerlifting as I continued to lift more and heavier weights. I entered my first powerlifting competition with 100% RAW Powerlifting Federation in 2010 at 165lb class, bench only, taking first place and feel in love with the sport.

Activities within the sport:

I promote the sport of Powerlifting every chance I get, whether it be in the local gym, community, or at work. I encourage young lifters to sign up for powerlifting meets and always offer to lift with them. Any chance I get to share my knowledge of the sport I take full advantage of.
