Personal history:
Started competing 30 years ago in Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and strongman. I have also written for different magazines and websites along with podcasts. I currently coach and own the Ogre Compound in Mt Juliet, TN.
What lead you to your sport:
When I was a kid, strength sports was regularly televised and that got my interest right away. Once I found a competitive outlet, I never looked back. I was hooked right away.

I was chairman of the board for the SPF from 2008 until 2017
I have coached several athletes
