A brief personal history:
I am one of nine boys. I was born and raised in Washington, DC. I competed in football, basketball, track, boxing, kickboxing and other sports. I am the owner of Larry's World of Fitness and KAAOS Gym & Athletic Training Center. I have over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness field both as a professional and an athlete. 

What lead you to your sport:
Martin, the co-owner of the Crushers Unlimited ask me to join his Olympic team. I competed in Olympic Lifting for about 10 years, before the team disbanded. I meet a guy name Sonny at the Police Boys & Girls Club, who introduced me to powerlifting and I have been competing for 36 years.

Achievements in your sport:
* I coach a 60 person powerlifting team
* I had 30 women competed in powerlifting
* I had 25 kid, ages 5-17 competed in powerlifting
* I open a powerlifting gym in Washington, DC
*I coached youth basketball
* I coach and train a 20 person sprint triathlon team
*I coached special team for a semi-pro football team
