A brief personal history:
I've been a strength athlete , Olympic lifter, Administrator and Coach for 47 years.
What lead you to your sport:
I was always interested in being strong. It was something that my family was interested in as athletes and it was also promoted by my father. Strength training gave us opportunity to play sports at a high level. I also was a avid reader of the York fitness magazines.
Achievements in your sport:
I competed in over 50 competitions as a athlete.
Bronze medalist at the National Sports Festival
NCAA silver medalist in 1981 and 1982
I have coached 58 national champions at all levels .jpeg)
I have coached 7 Junior World team members
7 Pan Am team members
