A brief personal history:
Like so many skinny kids I wanted to get bigger and stronger. So I did what we all did back then. I tried to do what the guys in the magazines did , with the predictable lack of results.

What lead you to your sport:
After years of unproductive training I began to notice a group of guys in the back of the gym who were lifting huge weights. I realized that was what I wanted. From the very beginning they were encouraging and supportive. I was hooked.

Several individual state titles in USPF , NASA ,and WNPF. National champion in the WNPF

1996. First coach inducted into the WNPF Hall of Fame 2006.

NJ deadlift record for 65-69 275 class (350).

Accomplishments:
I also competed in the Highland Games as well as several Strongman comtests.

Activities within the sport i.e. Judge, meet director, trainer, demonstrations, community actvities etc:
For the past 20 years I have officiated in dozens of competitions in the WNPF and other smaller meets.
