Jeff Hickerson

Bio

Jeff started lifting in 1974 primarily on the powerlifts and bodybuilding. After competing for several years in powerlifting, Jeff started competing in Olympic lifting. Jeff has trained continuously for the past 47 years.

Jeff has operated a fully equipped personal gym for 25 years. Athletes are allowed to lift at no charge. Jeff has coach’s powerlifters, Olympic lifters and college strength athletes at his gym. Jeff received coaching from Jim Schmitz who he credits his accomplishments in Olympic lifting.
