A brief personal history
I have been married to my Beautiful wife Sue Ellen for 36 yrs. I have 2 amazing daughters who have chosen wonderful men to marry. I have been blessed with 3 grandchildren who are our everything. I lift at home in what is known as Jeff’ s Gym “Aways Open Never Crowed “ 

What lead you to your sport
Lifting at home by myself gong to meets gave me the chance to interact with other lifters. I have meet some amazing people in my 30 yrs. 

Achievements in your sport
I have been lifting I meets since 1989 some I won some I didn’t but it has been the journey that is Priceless

22 State Titles
37 National Titles 
10 World Titles 
Also multiple other placings

Accomplishments.
The things I am most Proud of is being a Husband , Father and Pop Pop 
I was also blessed with working for an amazing company W.L.Gore & Associates for 36 yrs that allowed me to retire 3 yrs ago at the young age of 60 .
