Rick Bucinell 2021 USA Masters Weightlifting National Champion 2021.

Rick said this was a special event for him.  Ability to see friends, have agreat time and rack up more records. Rick has broken over 50 of them now. Not only is Rick a Strength and Power Hall of Fame Inductee, he is also and inducted member in the USA Masters Weightlifting Hall of Fame. 

Rick created more memories at this event with the following achievements: Gold Medal M55 (109+); 3 New Masters National Records; 125kgSn; 156kgC&j; 281kgT @ 57 yrs

Rick noted that  he couldn't be more proud of Trident weightlifting athletes Trident Ahtletics, Stacey Schroeder Nichols (Gold  W50/71) and Marcus White (Silver M45/89) for thier performances. These two made clutch lifts under extreme conditions to secure thier podium spots. 

Rick also gave a shout out to his coach Morgan Norval, who recently passed. Without his efforts, none of this would be possible.  Thanks, Coach!
