Born in Richmond Virginia April 6th 1963,Shortly after my family moved out Mechanicsville Virginia in Hanover county.
I am the middle of 5 children 3 brothers and a sister, all still live very close to where we were raised.
Brief pre-sport history.
As a child I grew up working in the family business after school and on the weekends, I was not able to play scholastic sports because of work. I found weightlifting as a teenager and fell in love with the iron and have never looked back. I was and still am fascinated by how something like power lifting can bring people together even when you are competing against each other.

Accomplishments.
Being selected to represent TEAM USA in 2011 was up until now my biggest honor .
Activities within the sport i.e. Judge, meet director, trainer, demonstrations, community activities etc.
I have spotted ,loaded at lots of meets , also coached on numerous occasions over the years ,I have also spotted and worked the table for USPA Drug Tested Championships in Charleston South Carolina .
I thoroughly enjoy the entirety of our sport from the countless hours training to brief few minutes we get to stand on the platform, As soon as meet or goal is
completed I am thinking about the next one .
Activities outside the sport i.e. Judge, meet director, trainer, demonstrations, community activities etc.
I am always eager to help whenever and where ever I can to get more people introduced to our sport.
