Yolanda Crist (Contributor)       -  9/10/2010. Yolanda contributed to weightlifting by assisting her husband Robert “Bob” Crist in the organizing and running of national, regional, and local meets from 1954 – 2008.  There is a photo of Yolanda (Iron Game History 5/2007) assisting with the 1954 Colonna picnic. Yolanda assisted with mailings, typing correspondence, making calls, weigh-in, and prepared meals for many lifters.  Yolanda's and Bob’s garage was also the training facility of the LPWC for decades.  Without Yolanda’s help, I doubt Bob would have had the time to be involved so deeply in our sport. Yolanda and Bob had three sons all lifters.
