Where were you born? Where did you grow up?
Corpus Christi, Texas
I was the child of a career military veteran and was raised all over the United States, until entering high school when we moved to Washington State where I have resided continually except for my own military service. 

Give us a brief presport history.
I have been involved continuously with the sport of Weightlifting since the age of 14.

List your achievements (using bullet form) in your sport.
Black Belt in Tang Soo Do.
National University Weightlifting Champion 1977.
USAW National Junior Coach 1987 to 2002.
Women,s Head Coach Pan Am Games 1999 and 2003.
Head Coach, Calpian Weightlifting Club, 1972 to Present.
My athletes have won 54 individual National Championships, and the team won the 2000 National Men's Championship while our women took third

List your State, National and World records to the best of your recollection. 
1977 National University, 110 Kgs. class, C&J 187.5 kgs.

Any other accomplishments that you wish to list in your bio.
Fortunate husband to the best person I know. Proud father of four. Three terrific Men and one wonderful Daughter.

Any other activities within the sport i.e. Judge, meet director, trainer, demonstrations, community actvities etc.
Referee since 1985, and Cat 2 since 2018.
Adminstrator since 1972. USAW Board of Directors First Vice President for 10 years. Meet Director for multiple yearly events in the state from 1964 to present, and Meet Director for 1988 National Juniors and the 1999 American Open, both held in Washington State.
