Where were you born? Where did you grow up?:
Jersey City NJ, and Bricktown NJ

Give us a brief presport history.:
Started lifting at age 12 to recover from a shattered femur, which left me bedridden for 6 months.. My first coach John Caravella had me doing squats deadlifts and bench press as soon as I was on my feet again. I was instantly in love with the sport, and from that day on if I wasn’t lifting myself, I was coaching/ training /teaching others what I learned. When I arrived in WA State in 1986 I started my competitive career with the Metropolitan health club, and have been competing till the present.

USAPL WA State masters champion 50-54, 198 and 220lb class. 55-59 198lb class.
AAU WA State masters champion 55-59 181lb class. 60-64 181 lb class

Competitive natural bodybuilder since 1990, turning pro in 2018 with the NPF organization.

Have been a trainer for powerlifting since the 80’s. Some clients have achieved state, national, and world titles. Have had seminars from my personal training gym (Frankies Gym). Along with lectures on health/fitness throughout Wa, Oregon, and Alaska

2000-2004 NWCN Fitness Analyst. 
Weekly TV spot giving tips, advice on training and nutrition.
MC for powerlifting and bodybuilding contests in Wa State.
