Where were you born? Where did you grow up?:
New York City

Give us a brief presport history.:
From the age of 11 to adulthood Mark studied Martial arts (Kung-Fu). Years later when Mark moved to Seattle Washington he became a Certified Fitness Professional. Mark was teaching group fitness classes such as: Aerobics, Conditioning classes, Ab classes, and Stretching classes. In 1998 he did his first Powerlifting competition. That was the beginning of Mark's powerlifting career. He's now Eight-Time World Powerlifting Champion, Senior Fitness, and overall Fitness Expert. Mark has been an active member of and competitor within the powerlifting community for 25 years. Mark Bryant also coaches his own Powerlifting Team, two of whom have become World Powerlifting Champions.

AAU Powerlifting World Championships 2022, in Las Vegas at the Rio Hotel. 215 lb. Squat Record. I'm legally blind, so I competed in the disability division at age 64, 198 lb. weight class.
