By Strength and Power Hall of Fame

Paul started lifting in high school and went on to become a Weightlifting World and Olympic Champion. Paul was the strongest man in the world in his day and one of the strongest of all time. Paul was the strongest weightlifter and powerlifter of his time. I could write a book concerning Paul’s colossal strength but Randall Strossen already has.  Dr. Strossen’s book The Mightiest Minister documents Paul’s lasting impact on the world of strength and power.
