5.     May 29, 1977 Bench Press World Record and first 165 pounder lifter to officially Bench Press over 400 pound (409.6) 

6.     Best 165 pound Official Lifts: Squat 545 pounds, Bench 409.5 pounds WR),  Deadlift  600 pounds , Total  1545

   1.     Totaled 10X Bodyweight twice 

   2.     Totaled 1815 (700-450-665) at Central VA Open 6/28/80  Guest Lifter

   3.     Second Highest total and the 1980 Worlds  1818

   4.     Best 181 pound Official Lifts: Squat 700 pounds, Bench 450 pounds,  Deadlift  683.25 pounds , Total  1818.75

   5.     1981 US Senior Nationals 3^rd place 181 pound class 1785 total

   6.     Retired from competitive lifting after 1981 Seniors  and at the time held all VA State Powerlifting records for the 181 pound class
